Comfort: The seat has a slight curvature so that the chair comfortably supports your body. The rattan seat is flexible but firm.

Materials: The seat is completely hand-woven with natural rattan. The base is made of steel and can be detached.

*The chair can be used outdoors, but for long-term use we advise the chair to be stored inside and kept dry.

*More maintenance is required if the coating wears. The coating helps prevent dehydration and we therefore recommend applying a new coating as the old one is worn out.

*Due to the heterogeneous nature of rattan, every product will have its own and unique texture and color. Minor issues such as extra knots, uneven spots and color differences are to be expected. They are part of the material characteristics and charm and therefore won't be considered to be product defects.

Maintenance: When rattan products are placed in dry environments there is a possibility of cracking of the rattan wire/strips. This is inevitable and part of the nature of the material.

That said, this can largely be prevented by regularly wetting the rattan material, for example with a plant sprayer. For long-term use of the rattan furniture, we advise you to moisten the seat regularly so that the cords do not dry out.

This of course depends on the level of humidity in the room in which the product is located and might not always be necessary.
